When renovating their new facility, Brandywine was looking to:
- Provide the highest level of quality living to their residents.
- Incorporate the building’s historic nature into the design.
- Remain traditional while also updating the decor.
Bellia began by playing off of the rich history of the building, and made sure the decor reflected a classic design to match. The end product is timeless and provides a theme that both targets the historic building and provides a warm, relaxing environment for its residents. The design carries through from room to room; the movie center, offices, patio, salon, lobbies, dining areas, lounges, and more. The design is sure to continue to stand the test of time and provide a comfortable home for many seniors for years to come.
