Modernizing a
Community Landmark.
Bringing municipal services and lifelong learning together under one roof, a Burlington County township developed a new 28,000-square-foot civic complex designed to serve residents for generations to come. Bellia furnished the library, reading rooms, technology spaces, and public gathering areas, helping create a welcoming environment that supports education, engagement, and community connection.
Bellia Insights
The project presented a unique opportunity to blend civic services, community gathering spaces, and a modern public library within a single destination. Thoughtfully selected furnishings support a variety of activities, from quiet reading and individual study to technology-based learning and public events. By balancing flexibility, comfort, and functionality, the space creates a welcoming environment where residents can connect, learn, and engage while reinforcing the vision of a shared civic hub designed to serve the community for generations to come.
