Learning Without
Boundaries.
Seeking a permanent home that reflected its environmental mission, a leading Philadelphia charter school developed a new 49,000-square-foot campus adjacent to Awbury Arboretum. Bellia furnished learning environments designed to support academic growth, collaboration, and student engagement while reinforcing a unique educational model that connects classroom learning with the natural world.
Bellia Insights
Purpose-built for environmental education, the campus was designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor learning. Situated alongside one of Philadelphia's most treasured green spaces, the facility encourages exploration, curiosity, and hands-on discovery. Flexible furnishings support a variety of learning styles while creating welcoming spaces where students can collaborate, engage with their surroundings, and develop a deeper connection to the environment and their community.
